Tomorrow I start my journey. I know people will say, "Why not today?" and the answer is simple because I still need to get my mind into the right place. There is always a certain amount of doubt still left in you after you decide to get healthy. We have already started to eat better and in fact there are no bad foods in my house. My problem however, is talking myself into working out. So many people and articles say find something you love and do it and that it will all fall into place. I have tried everything. Jogging, zumba, swimming, Insanity, P90x, sports and just none of those has any appeal to me. Tomorrow I am just going to suck it up and do my exercises and find the fun in it some how.
My goal for the rest of the week includes:
Continuing to eat healthy
Complete my planned out exercises every morning before work
Post a blog to keep track of everything
I will do this
