Fact: to lose weight, I have to eat less. Measure more. Stop the excuses.
Update: fell off the wagon on this one, must climb back on
Fact: to lose weight, I have to move more.
Update: I am using a Fitbit now and it is encouraging me to walk more. I am up to at least 10, 000 steps per day. Most hours between 7 and 4, I walk around my kitchen island for 10 mins.
Fact: to lose weight, I have to eat more veggies.
Update: this is hard for me.
Fact: to lose weight, I have to stop eating at night because I lose all control once I start.
Update: again fell off the wagon, climbing back on.
Possible: I may need to leave some teams and join others - then become active to get the support I need.
Update: haven't left any teams because my supportive friends are there.
Possible: I may need to keep the friends who support me on a regular basis and let the others go.
Update: I will be going through my friends list on a monthly basis because I see that it is the same people who reply on friend feed.
Fact: to get support, I need to give support. A smaller friend circle will help me do this. I need to think on this one.
Update: think I will set aside some time each day to post on friends' pages and do it daily.
Fact: I have started new spark streaks to help me do this.
Update: these streaks are showing me what I need to work on.
I will lose 3 pounds for real this month.
Update: and regained, now loosing again!
Time to get REAL.
Update: have to get consistent to make it stick and become real. On to September!
