SMART goals for BLC 32

I have joined the Navy Ninjas for BLC 32 and part of this challenge is setting up SMART goals. So here goes!

S (specific): finish 60 day hammer & chisel workouts, lose 10 pounds, up my weights from 10 lbs to 12 lbs.

M (measurable): I am crossing off each day of hammer & chisel as I do them. I may have some days where I don't get the workout done, but the next day I will get right back at it. Stepping on the scale will let me know if I've lost the 10 pounds this round. My reward for finishing the 60 day workout will be buying those 12 lb weights!

A (attainable): I will be able to attain all of these by making time for myself each day to get my workout done. I will lose the weight by not only working out but tracking my nutrition and nutrition goals.

R (rewarding): I will reward myself with the 12 lb weights and the satisfaction of knowing that I accomplished what I set out to do.

T (time-bound): hammer & chisel is 60 days and I am already 12 days into it. So I will hope to accomplish this in the next 48 days. The weight loss I hope to accomplish by the end of BLC32 which falls in December.
