week 1 of my new start

It has been a week now since my last return. Yeah it is not the first time I have strayed and come back and I suspect it won't be the last.
I had set simple goals. No less than 2 hours and no more than 4 hours between meals/snacks and walking 7 km per week.
I managed to keep the eating schedule 5 days out of 7. and walk a bit over 5 k. I will take that as a starting point and work at being better.
I have decided that my goal is to lose 0.33 pounds a week until I am satisfied with my weight. To avoid tracking big losses then tracking gain and getting discouraged, I have decided I would track my real weight only if it is over the goal of the week. If I get under the goal, I will track the goal.
My starting weight last week was 249 pounds.

School has started again. This time I have Chemistry twice a week and Software conception twice a week. I am planning on working at least 34 hours a week so I don't use too much of my vacation time for school.
So far I have been to one Chemistry class and I liked the teacher. Tonight is Chemistry again and tomorrow will be my first software class.
First week has gone well, let's see if I can keep it up.
