Made it to my First goal

The first step was that I had to make goals that I could make so, I wouldn't get discouraged in the process if I didn't make them. So, I set ahead and made two small goals for me when I started on this new journey of mine. The first goal was to loose 15 pounds before my birthday in October. The second was too drop two pant sizes before November first. emoticon I did it! I made my first goal of loosing 15 pounds. And, I have also dropped one pant size. I could say two. But, the second one is a tight fit so, I don't count that one yet. I am hoping that when November gets here it will fit perfectly.
With that said i have went ahead and made my next weight lose goal. For me to reach 200 pounds by Christmas. And, hoping to be below that by then.

This journey that I am on has been hard one for me. As I love good tasty foods. It is a learning process, and am happy to say I am learning that I can eat my good foods in moderation and cut back on the calorie intake at the same time. The plus side is with the added exercise (that i am enjoying) also has it's rewards as well. I find that I have more energy, I sleep better, and climb a flight of stairs with out losing my breath.

Small steps for me and enjoying it all the way.
