What a great sweat! Kettlebell workout

Do you know how good it feels to be able to do this again! Whew! When I hurt my back/leg/hip - I couldn't do my JM Kettlebell Shred-It With Weights dvd. I just did it --- however, on the jump squats - I did not jump squat - I just did squats because I didn't want to overdo on my first time back. I opened all the windows - air off and I am sweating like it was raining in here! Whew! What a great workout - At the end where we stretch and you know, you look out of proportion with your leg over your opposite thigh and your opposite arm over your knee and twisting in opposite direction for a stretch? Well, while I was doing this last stretch - I was like "OMG! This feels fantastic!!" You just don't realize what you miss or how much you appreciate till you "can't" do it.
