Day Three - Realistic Resolutions!

Monday, September 05, 2016

Yesterday's challenge - to drink water - oh, dear. That is about my hardest challenge!! Just do not like water. I have tried all the suggestions and they just don't work. About the only one that does - sorta - is Safeway's brand of bottled water. But I just it is hard to justify buying water, when we have a Brita pitcher in the fridge. I have even bought a couple of fun water bottles to carry and that has not helped. So am just going to buy the bottled water - for a while at least - and see if that will help.

Today's Challenge is just 10 minutes of exercise. Now that is one I can do. Love all of the videos SparkPeople has on the site!! I do have a few favorites - but am still always on the lookout for different ones.

And I have renewed my membership at Club 24 - I was not very consistent getting there - so am now just scheduling 4 days a week. Right now am doing 10 to 15 minutes on the treadmill. In a couple of weeks will try the elliptical again. That is a hard one for me - but I do like it.

my favorite water is the splash with the lemon flavor, but in the long run I drink the water because I don't think about it. I have a bottle by my computer where usually my coffee cup is and by my bike and by my seat where I work on my crafts and in the bathroom and on the kitchen counter where I work most. After a while I just drink the water without thinking about it and refill my bottle from the filtered water on my kitchen sink.
It's still ok to drink your favorite drink as long as you have the water as well.

I use Mio drops to flavor my water. The vanilla orange tastes like a dreamsicle.
