Great Beginning to September!

I am still on point with my exercise and steps. Those daily fitbit challenges keep me going. It feels like you are walking with your friends who you usually only get to interact with on internet sites :) I put my goal for 6,000 steps a day because that is very doable. I work from home so I don't get in a lot of extra steps each day walking to my car etc. My steps have to be intentional unless I am showings properties, but I have found that most houses don't require a lot of steps. The only way to get my steps is on the treadmill or walk it out or a video. Lately, I have been getting a lot more than the 6,000 steps. Today, I have over 12,000 so far
Last week ended on a great note! I got 3 accepted offers for buyers and I obtained a listing. I have another listing appointment this week. I think it is going to be a busy Fall market which is really important if I want to get JC to any Fall horse shows. I can't believe show season is almost over. It seems like we just started. He has been fantastic. He absolutely loves his job. My trainer makes me ride a lesson horse as well to loosen me up for riding him and, I think, to make me realize how good he is. Those lesson horses are tough!
My husband finished part of the rec room and it looks super! We have my treadmill down there and a TV and the other couch that the dog ripped. This is a picture before the furniture. He will complete the rest of the basement in the same way. It is great being married to a carpenter :)
When Brian started this room, it had a lowered ceiling with shop lights and plastic covers yuck! The dogs, especially summer, loved to help him until Summer stuck her foot in the paint, got scared and went upstairs. Thank goodness it was latex paint HAHAHA. Of course, Brian had to put a dimmer switch in. Can't have a room without a dimmer switch.
If the month continues this way, I will be one happy camper!
