I am so tired of my weight ballooning, emotional eating, crash diets, all of the hurtful, annoying things about keeping a healthy weight. Time to start again for the last time. I'm establishing new habits to last a lifetime. I just desperately need some motivation and accountability.

    Keeping a food journal is the cornerstone of accountability and a good place to start. You have the right outlook - establishing new habits is what will help you be successful for the long term! Making just one or two small changes at a time is the way to go. I love motivational quotes and keep a bulletin board above my computer filled with my favorites. It helps.
