Where most people fall into the over eating pitfall over the holiday weekend, I will face the opposite. I will under eat and have to work toward eating more and eating healthy. My weekend job does not give me the time to go to holiday social events and running a store.on my own, I don't have time to take a lunch or eat.
One of my goals now is to figure out the best foods I can prepare to take with me that don't require refrigerating or cooking. If anyone has good ideas, please share!
