Holiday weekend

Where most people fall into the over eating pitfall over the holiday weekend, I will face the opposite. I will under eat and have to work toward eating more and eating healthy. My weekend job does not give me the time to go to holiday social events and running a store.on my own, I don't have time to take a lunch or eat. One of my goals now is to figure out the best foods I can prepare to take with me that don't require refrigerating or cooking. If anyone has good ideas, please share!

    I've been doing the frozen meals. They are not always perfect, but I shop carefully though. Eventually I want to switch to making my own on one day of the week to last me the week...but for now, the frozen meals are cheaper and healthier than eating
