September goals

I could get used to this blogging thing emoticon Just a quickie to keep myself myself:

1. Weigh in at least once a week. It helps keep me mindful.

2. Drink at least 3 litres of plain water. Every day. Aim for 4.

3. Plan ahead for success at CenterParcs. Take low carb snacks along and non-sugary alcohol for the inevitable weekend drinking.

4. Try a new YouTube workout video at least once a week.

5. Related, wake up early at least one morning a week to do a video or go to the gym. It's next door. What's your excuse?! Quick 20-30 minute hard session and it's done.

    emoticon Love it. I totally need...want to get back to blogging to. Just felt bogged down. ha, just need get an "L" in there :P haha, and I'll be set: "blogged"...sheesh thats lame. emoticon But so got me inspired, but your hardworking August, & seeing your goals outline here to think about my own goals for September. I loved following for reasons to get healthy blogs. They are awesome! (I had gone back & re-read some even!) Have an awesome tip-top of a fantastic day! emoticon And thanks for giving me the "push" to get things back into business ;)
