I could get used to this blogging thing
Just a quickie to keep myself accountable...to myself:
1. Weigh in at least once a week. It helps keep me mindful.
2. Drink at least 3 litres of plain water. Every day. Aim for 4.
3. Plan ahead for success at CenterParcs. Take low carb snacks along and non-sugary alcohol for the inevitable weekend drinking.
4. Try a new YouTube workout video at least once a week.
5. Related, wake up early at least one morning a week to do a video or go to the gym. It's next door. What's your excuse?! Quick 20-30 minute hard session and it's done.
