Fit and Fiber Full Challenge Day 10

Falling off a bit on my blogging...

Today was about relieving mind-belly stress. We were challenged to do a stress-busting exercise. I meditated, which I try to do for 15 - 20 minutes every day. It helps me stay even keel.

What do you do to help tame your stress?

    Depends on the stress, but some of my go-tos:

    fencing
    playing video games
    reading
    crafting (braiding in particular).

    Walking is a great stress- buster for me. I live just a 5-minute walk from the woods, so it's easy to get in a half-hour or so, at least in the summer when the evenings are long. Need to do it more! Wtg on your latest challenge. Adding more fiber was key to my initial weight loss success, so this is a good reminder as I work on getting there again. Go, Jen!
