ALL THE EXERCISES!

I am proud of myself - sticking to my routine, and adding more opportunities for exercise when I can. 2 SPIN classes (5am) and an almost regular Tuesday night Kickboxing class, Working on adding 2 strength training classes and i think that should be a pretty rounded-out workout schedule.
Also feeling confident enough to take my bike instead of driving to the gym tonight. It's only 3 miles each way.... still, i havent ridden my bike in almost 2 years. got it tuned up today. am excited like a kid on Christmas. who'd have thought that I would be this happy to do an exercise on the way to and from .... exercise :)
