4 months have passed

Today I was thinking of my Spark friends and decided to come and see how everyone was doing. I new I hadn't come for a while. I never thought it had been 4 months since my last post.
Weightwise, I'm not doing so great. I have stopped caring for a while under the pretense that I was too tired and too busy. Naturally it was not a good thing.
Working full time and having 11.5 hours of class per week is quite a challenge. If you add to that homeworks, studies, house work and commuting, I sometimes wonder how I do it! I am again taking 2 classes this fall so I will have the same kind of crazy schedule. At least we have planned a cruise in october. I will then be able to rest.
My challenge now is to go back to the scale once a week and do little things to get back the control over food. I am going back to what has worked the best for me in the past : eating small meals every 3 to 4 hours. To get there from stuffing myself for the last 4 months, I am starting by preparing small portions and using my phone's stopwatch.
when I eat, I start the watch and cannot have another snack until it has been at least 2 hours. I am also making sure I do not go more than 4 hours without a snack. No more mindless eating! At least this is the goal.
As for exercise, I am not quite sure what I could do that would fit in my schedule. Maybe I should start by tracking the distances that I walk normally in a week and try to improve on it gradually. I will probably look into the U gym. Maybe there is a class I could take.
