I am still on my exercise streak. I did manage to go over 10,000 steps each day on the weekend.
I am working on my food. I went over calories yesterday, but I still tracked them all. I'm still struggling a bit with the smoking. Don't know how I got back into that. Haven't gone over 3 cigarettes in a day. I quit before and I will do it again.
Shoulder is fine. Last shot must have worked. Back to Pilates tomorrow and back on the horse on Thursday :)
