The Gain.

Well, it happened. i gained weight instead of losing it even though I was still working hard.

But.

It was 0.2 pounds.

ZERO POINT TWO.

It's OK. It's not ideal, but it's OK. Could be water. Could be hormones. Things fluctuate. Yes, I wish it had been -0.2, but whatever. I can move forward.

The weekend was tough because I was out of town for most of it, but I went to a party and munched on snap peas and carrots (and one cookie) and I went to a birthday party and, well, I ate a handful of potato chips and a cupcake (no frosting) because there was literally nothing else there I was willing to eat, but I came in close to my calorie ranges each day and now I'm back home and on the wagon.

If I keep saying that, it's bound to come true! :)

Next week it will go down. Even if it's -0.2. Minus is good.
