I have been gaining weight .and I need to stop now I am officially at the most weight ever,
and can not add more, I have tried to lose weight but not sure how to get it right, I have a very physical job and get a lot of walking in , I go to aqua fit class at least 2 times a week,
I think my problem is food and not sure how to change my bad habits,, I have a bad knee and numb leg, but I need to do something , thanks for reading my rant,, emoticon

    Start setting small goals. Don't have an all or nothing attitude. Try cutting out one high calorie food item a day that is a problem. Preferably something unhealthy - something carby. Less carbs means less cravings.

    Maybe you can try to make a small step with your eating, like remove one bad thing you eat and replace it with a healthy food. emoticon
