How do you input that kind of exercise?!

Yesterday I helped my husband mortar some areas chipmunks have invaded our foundation of our house. So for half an hour I was balancing on a 2by4's side with my legs shaking from the position I was trying to "sit" in, while I was bent forward looking sideways and down to make sure the mortar wasn't being pushed to the outdoors. Then when he got outdoors we worked on that spot as well as others with the rest of the mortar mixed up. I kept scooping mortar and handing it to him, and he'd put the trowel on the ground and went right to work on what he'd just applied, so I'd pick up the trowel and get another scoop, holding on to it 'til he needed it, and it kept going like that for an hour. Lots of muscles got worked. I just could not figure out how to input it for exercise yesterday. Oh well! Have you had that kind of thing before where you know you expended a good amount of energy but just couldn't figure out how to input what you did?
