Invincible Indigos Fall Challenge

I am so ready to start the Invincible Indigos (Fall Challenge) so far I have been with the team for 2 seasons Spring and Summer. I have loss a total of 22 pounds this summer I have drop 12.2 pounds of the 22 pounds and we all know summers are very hard to lose weight with so many BBQ and outdoor outing. I drink plenty water its a very hot summer and water is so refresh. The team challenges has help me achieve my current weight loss. A little about the challenge each week we do a challenge that's work toward your weight or fitness goals. You choose you own workouts and strengthening training plan there are food challenges (ex 5 serving of veggies and fruit, drink 8 cups of water) staying involve will helps you stay motivate and making little changes each week is what help me to focus on my goals.
