Fit and Fiber Full Challenge Day 3

So, today we took a quiz about snacking. Snacking isn't a big issue for me when I'm in focus. Yesterday, I planned for a piece of olive oil banana bread for my afternoon snack. It has almost no sugar in it, but it was still too sweet for me and didn't take the edge off my hunger. Learning experience. I'm going to give away the rest to my son's girlfriend, who loves banana bread.
I do best with a combination of protein, some healthy fat and good carbs for a snack. For example, a peach and a TBS of nuts. I also always try to drink at least a glass of water with my snacks.
