I have put the weight back on, in fact, I am higher now. Some of my pants don't fit anymore. I'm tired and feel gross.
There is no excuse, there is no one to blame but myself. I can do this and I will do this starting today:
1. Tracking: No excuses, it works, There are things in life you do even if you don't like it because it is important. This is important.
2. Move. I've started wearing my tracker again but not paying attention to it. I will start paying attention.
3. Step away from the chocolate and cheese. My two big weaknesses. There is no chocolate in the house and I'm not going to buy any. If my husband wants some, he can keep it at work. As for cheese, moderation is the key. For now I can't buy a lot, because I'll binge, but I'm pretty good if I keep a small amount around for recipes.
4. Cook more. I started cooking for a bit and it was good, so need to just do it again. Even if I start by cooking twice a week, that will leave me for leftovers for lunches too.
I can do this, I will do this. This is important and I am important.
