Down two pounds -- Woo Hoo ! !
My goals from my last blog --
Continue the water
Increase my step count - Managed this one week out of two.
Continue my cardio streak --
Log my food - that's still the big one... - Hitting about 60% here, which is better than 0 %
Plan suppers and follow through - another big one. -- Failed miserably
So for next week, let's try it again .

We are still having thunderstorms, but it is starting to dry out. I suppose the next thing will be fire danger with all the grass we've got. When it dries out with the warm winds, it gets really bad.
