State of Slim

My work brought in a weight loss program for interested folks called State of Slim. There is a fee to particpate, and the program is 16 weeks long. The program puts emphasis on eating small meals 6 times a day and exercising 6 days a week.
There are three phases to the program, phase 1 lasts two weeks. I started phase 1 on August 17th and am almost a week into it, and I gotta say, even as the most restrictive phase, I am not finding it too awfully hard on the food side. It is hard to eat 6 times a day!! But other than that, I feel like I have plenty of food choices that are good.
At our initial weigh in, I weighed 231.2 lbs. (our weigh in was at 5pm!!)
I'm excited to see if i have lost weight on Wednesday!
