Bucket List for the Fall of 2016

This summer I set goals. I wanted to do 1,000,000 steps, 500 miles on the bike, lose 15 pounds and read 6 books for me (not class, not health, not psychology). I wanted to do all this between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Well, I did 1,000,000 steps, 500 miles and I am on my 7th book. The 15 pounds...well I am up 3 pounds. I am good with the 3 pounds. I don't get to excited about a gain unless it is 5. What I am not good with is the amount of carbs I have been taking in lately and the sugar. Need to buckle down on that.
For this Fall...I want to do 4 hours a week at the gym. To attend and to DO!!! the Sunday morning bible study at church. To bring lunch to work every SINGLE day, no more Palmer's or Bruegger's. To lose those 15 pounds.
I can so do this. I have a few weeks to practice this and make it a habit. I will continue to ride, count my steps and enjoy reading the novels.
