Went to Pilates today and she worked out a whole routine that did not hurt my shoulder, but helped it. She thinks if we work at it and stretch it enough, it will take down the inflammation and the bone won't rub against the tendons. I'm good with that.
Had the MRI yesterday. I meet with the doc on Monday to see what it showed. If he wants to do surgery, I am not going to do it until I know if we can get it under control with Pilates.
My exercise has been good. My steps are getting better. I have started participating in the Fitbit challenges. I keep wondering if I can sync my Fitbit Zip and Charge HR to each other.
It drives me nuts that the Charge is so off in steps. I know why I just wonder which one it puts on the dashboard
