Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge Day 19

Another easy-peasy day - sub exercise for cravings to replace the dopamine. I didn't realize that sugar gave us dopamine, but it makes sense.

The thing is, I exercise when I need/want breaks anyway, since I can't exercise much at one time due to the injuries, etc., so it's a go-to feel good for me.

No cravings yesterday. Stuck with the program. Felt good. Had an urge to eat when I had a little trouble falling asleep, but just kicked it to the curb. And slept!
