Back on the bandwagon

Ok, I've let my exercise go to the wayside for a few months. My friend moved in, going thru some tough personal times...
So here we go again. I've got my exercise clothes on and a coach Nicole video picked out.
Now it's not like I haven't been doing SOME form of exercise. I have over an acre to tend to, (mowing, pruning, weeding, etc). My friend and I have gotten the yard cleaned up. Cages that are no longer being used put in a more hidden area, leaves raked, trees pruned, plants planted, garden of veggies and fruit growing & producing. So see, I am working out, just in a different manner but still feel like I'm missing my workout. I've been seeing still more changes in my body from working in the yard. Lost 11 lbs since Memorial Day weekend. We would start while still fairly cool, and can spend an entire day and into the evening, dusk, working. Yes we would take breaks for drink and food, rest a bit and back at it. The neighbors love the new look of our yard.
I miss doing my videos, so that's why I got coach Nicole to work out with today.
