Day 1 of 30 - Post summer BLC personal 30-day challenge

Since I'm feeling so elated about finishing the Summer Strong biggest loser challenge, I'm giving myself a 30-day challenge to stay on track while I wait for the Fall challenge to begin. There may be some overlap, since I saw 'second week of September' as the target to start the new Fall challenge. My own 30-day challenge would bring me to Sep 17, which is the start of the third week. Of course, these challenges are all volunteer-driven efforts so I suspect the dates may change. No worries, I'm here to keep myself on track, whether it is for 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
I'm going to rip off some of the elements of the BL team challenges. I like the weight/fitness minutes report and some of the ITCs. I'll figure out the specifics week-to-week, but for now, I'm starting with the weekly report template:
