Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge Day 18

Well, I had a strange thing happen last night - couldn't sleep. Had a snack... went overboard.

That wouldn't have been odd in the past, but I've been feeling so satiated. I did NOT have sugar, however. I did have carbs, though.

I am going to meditate instead if I'm having trouble sleeping. I realize I rely sometimes on night snacking to send me into a carb coma so I can go to sleep.

Today's challenge is at least 64 oz. water. THAT one is easy-peasy for me. Due to other health issues, I have to stay hydrated all the time and water bottles are never far from me.

    Why is it that food is the first thing that comes to mind when you wake up during the night or have trouble sleeping. I never thought about carb overload helping me sleep. Good point. Maybe that is what I have been doing.
