Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge Day 18

Well, I had a strange thing happen last night - couldn't sleep. Had a snack... went overboard.
That wouldn't have been odd in the past, but I've been feeling so satiated. I did NOT have sugar, however. I did have carbs, though.
I am going to meditate instead if I'm having trouble sleeping. I realize I rely sometimes on night snacking to send me into a carb coma so I can go to sleep.
Today's challenge is at least 64 oz. water. THAT one is easy-peasy for me. Due to other health issues, I have to stay hydrated all the time and water bottles are never far from me.
