A Change For The Better

Wow! I can't believe it's been an entire year since I last blogged and that my last blog was about food at work. It's been an interesting year for me. I still work in the same department but I unofficially changed jobs. Now instead of sitting behind a desk all day, I administer tests and get in quite a bit of walking. Between a little workout in the mornings before work and walking at work, I usually walk at least 12,500 steps before the day is done. Somehow I still managed to gain weight this year. Well what can I say? Here I go again! But I didn't gain back all I had lost and then some, like I have done many times before. I did go up a size in my clothes though.
