I've read a BUNCH today. Coach tips, blogs, chats, tips, recipes, etc... My eyes are tired, heck - I'm really tired! But I found 3 good meals for tomorrow and I have bananas & peaches & a tomato & half a cucumber if needed. I'm excited... but not overwhelmed like I was last time. I stated that last time I tried to really change my lifestyle, I had medical issues. I've been diagnosed with RA, Polymyalgic neuropathy, and other inflammatory disorders. Additionally, my daughter has Colitis & Other digestive issues. She's grown & has given me 2 amazing grandbabies! But trying to help her & my parents & my gramma & be a good mom to my 12 year old son at home, good employee & all the other things that other women do on a daily basis & make it look so easy... I struggle. I'm learning to say "No" ... I'm learning to take time for myself & not feel guilty for that. I have a lot going on still, just like everyone else... but like I said... "It's time!"
