Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge Day 15

Okay... now the real challenge of the Challenge begins - NO added sugar from now until the end of the Challenge. And you know what? I can DO this.

It will be interesting to me to see how I do.

I'm feeling great, though, and well-motivated. And I'm glad I didn't know this was coming or I might have "filled up" ahead of time.

I did have a PLANNED 1/3 serving of ice cream last night and that was just fine.

Feeling, though, that between fruit and just health, that I've got this!

Hope everyone has a SPARKtastic, healthy start to the week.

    Holy Heck. 1/3 of serving of ice cream, I can't settle for 1 serving (really who only has 1/2 cup of ice cream...my serving is 1 1/2 cups) so you are awesome. I know you will succeed in the " NO added sugar" emoticon
