Hard day

Don't know what's going on today but I've felt awful. I want to go workout but I'm so tired. I feel like I'm starving but eating good, especially getting protein in. I want to eat everything in sight Should I just give in and rest and eat what I want?

    Stupid I phone... I mean , you may be coming down with something. Nothing to do with food. Maybe give it a day and get to bed early tonight. Tomorrow will tell the story.

    Rest is great, lots of water too. Iron is found in red beets, tuna and broccoli. Maybe you need some iron AND protein.. listen to your body and go with your gut(no pun intended!! ;)

    Your body may be telling you its time for a rest day. Just go for a walk. Drink lots of water, maybe have an extra snack
