The end of an era

Wednesday, August 10, 2016

As the days get shorter, and school is quickly approaching, I can't help but become anxious for what comes next for me. My 4 year old will be starting school full time, so being a "stay at home mom" is no longer necessary. I've been praying for the day when I cpuld rejoin the work force, but that was when it was a hazy daydream of "someday". Now "someday" is next week, and I'm wishing I'd savored my time with the youngin', especially considering he will be my last. God, I can't imagine how I'll react when they leave for college!
