Delicious Homemade Hummus--all you can eat!

I made a double batch of Hummus from Jill Nussinow's The New Fast Food this morning, and we had a scrumptious lunch! I pressure cooked the soaked chickpeas as directed in this cookbook and then added the extras to whirl to perfection in my food processor. It's smooth and delicious, and lots cheaper than buying hummus in the store. Way less fat, too.
