Weigh-in -- 7Aug16

Weigh-in was the same as last week. Eating was somewhat better.

My goals from last week --

Continue the water. emoticon

Increase my step count. emoticon

Continue my cardio streak. emoticon

Log my food - that's the big one... emoticon Logged breakfast and lunch most days, but dinner... Unfortunately when I get home from work I tend to graze instead of fixing a good meal, even when I have one planned. Did get three days logged completely.

So for next week -

Continue the water.

Increase my step count.

Continue my cardio streak.

Log my food - that's still the big one...

Plan suppers and follow through - another big one.
