Taking A Short Trip - I Have A Plan

In a couple of days, we plan to take a short trip. It will be an easy trip with no stress at all. I plan to make good choices.
1. Use my Fitbit daily.
2. Wherever we decide to have a meal, go for freggies. If I get a salad, I always order the salad dressing on the side. I use only a very small amount. No creamy dressings. Also, eat lean protein.
3. Only drink water.
4. Join Spark Premium. I can Spark on my smart phone and read articles for tips.
I know that I will be able to avoid gaining any weight. I have just lost a couple recently. I do not want to regain.
