I paid the $29.99 one time fee to get the "enhanced" sparkpeople. I figured for all Spark does, it is worth it. Also, I use to pay that just for the coaching which is now included. Doing this made me realize that I truly need to make myself accountable. I did pretty well this week.
Sunday: 50 minutes treadmill at the Y
Wednesday: 65 minutes at the Y
Thursday: 50 minutes Pilates
Friday: 30 minutes riding and 20 minutes walking
Today: 50 minutes at the Y 45 minutes treadmill and15 minutes elliptical machine
5/7 days isn't bad I'm getting back in the exercise habit. I'm hoping to build up my time on the elliptical even if it is by 1 minute each time I go.
Now, I have to get back in the habit of logging Everything I eat. I'm very good through lunch and I lose it at dinner especially if we go out. It is so hard to be exact. But, I am going to work at it.
I've also started using the accountability in the Spark Coach again. I had forgotten how much I liked using that.
We decided that JC won't show again until October when I can show him and I want to get prepared. I want my weight down and my stamina up! Just have to keep working on it! One day at a time :)
