Week two is completed and I could not be happier. I have lost a total of six pounds. I am one happy girl.
The only problem I have come across, is in meeting the recommended percentage of protein to carb to fat. Suggestions for adding protein without the fat or carb would be welcome.
I would also like some ideas on low impact exercises I could do in addition to or instead of swimming. These storms have brought me to a standstill do to the lightening. Then there is the seasons change to think about.
