Plan for August... Be Strong, Lose 4 lbs.

Good morning everyone.
It's hard to believe that summer is half gone. It's been very hot and humid here. Temperatures often in the low 30's with humidex 37-39. Very unpleasant, and not conducive to exercising outside. To make things worse, we had less than half the usual rain and some of my annuals, planted to provide colour in between the perennials, didn't survive even though our water bill was twice what it should have been.
We had grandchildren here for 14 of the 31 days in July, and that put me off schedule a bit, but I still managed to lose 3.1 lbs. In July.
My goal for August is 4 lbs... which would put in (just barely) in the 160's. My first goal is to reach 160. I will re-evaluate at that point, and set another goal. I think my ultimate goal will be 150.
