Gym time

I joined a gym today. Workout, 30 minutes. It's got a beautiful hot tub.
I am also back on the Belly Fat diet. Because it's the only thing that works.
Because somethings got to change....

    Keep paying attention to how it makes you feel. More than just the pounds lost, does it give you some control? Does it give you more energy? Is it ultimately more of a reward than a punishment?
