Up another pound. I must quit the bad eating and start tracking...
The only goal that I have been meeting consistently is drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.
One of my teams is starting a challenge about planning and tracking which should help immensely if I stick with it.
I have restarted my cardio streak which stands at 20 days today with 45 minutes of pushing a lawn mower around.
Weather here has been unseasonably wet, with more than an average year's worth of moisture so far. A lot of the locals are behind with their haying and some are starting their grain harvest. The countryside is looking quite green and lush.
Goals for next week -
Continue the water.
Increase my step count.
Continue my cardio streak.
Log my food - that's the big one...
