4 days MIA...

4 Days is better than 4 weeks or 4 months. I have been tracking my food, water & exercise. I just have not been blogging. I set alarms on my cell phone for...6:00, stop drinking water, 9:00, get off the laptop & take your eve. meds & 11:00, go to bed. So far I've missed two of my goals/curfews...I'm still drinking water & still on my laptop...so with that I better get the heck out of here. Take care & have a good week.
