100 days of exercise day 8

Wow I have already made it through the first week of my challenge. Once again today I rode the stationary bike for 35 minutes. I know my exercise choice is kind of boring but I am trying to build consistency with cardio. Cardio is not my favorite I would much rather strength train but I know to get better weight loss results I need to do a lot more cardio. I guess this week has been a decent start at it.
