Halfway through week one!

I have to admit, it's getting a little easier. I'm halfway through week one of Nutrisystem! I get to eat more after the first week, and get 'flex meals' so I'm really looking forward to Wednesday. :)
Breakfast: Cinnamon Raisin bar, with 1 cup of strawberries and 2 slices of tofurky
AM Snack: Turbo Shake
Lunch: White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, with a side salad
PM Snack: Nutricrush Shake, 5 strawberries, and two slices of tofurky rolled up with a piece of vegan cheese
Dinner: Mushroom Risotto with baby bok choy sauteed in olive oil
Dessert: 15 cherries
Grand total: 1418 calories (due to the extras, but I'm still meeting the 1500 max calorie goal so all is good, I think)
I did not like the risotto for dinner and won't order that again. It wasn't horrible but there was this faux sausage stuff in it and way too much pepper for my taste. Plus it comes in this packet thing and when it slides out I swear it has the consistency of wet cat food, which really doesn't help the taste any (mentally, if not physically.) This is the first thing I've had that I've said, "NOPE NEVER AGAIN!" and even then it wasn't completely terrible so I think I'm doing OK.
