Short entry: Whole 30 day 3 (or day 1.1)

Notes on my progress:
I woke up easily this morning
I am nevertheless physically tired

I had a big happy breakfast but less than an hour later I am experiencing something that I am pretty sure is hunger

I have been miraculously free of the dreaded hangover effects, but I recently read that they can be delayed if you ate serious crap before the Whole30. I was on a 3-4 week bingefest of cake, ice cream and booze so this probably will get messy.

In two days I am slated to bike 30 miles for my 30th birthday and I might die. But I think it will be worth it?

    Yep been there and done the binge eating the wrong things. It will not be the end of the world if you don't make 30 miles. Just do what you can and take this year to get in shape to do 31 miles next year.
