One week down

Time to do a smoking evaluation for the first week. I did really well last week, even with the crazy schedule, lack of sleep and overall busy week.
The most I had in any one day was 12, maybe 13, but most of the days were under 10. That's quite an improvement from over a pack a day (I'd guess 20-26 a day, depending on the day, maybe more some days).
Tuesday started week two. I'm surprised I didn't eat more than I did. I actually managed to log a loss this week! I'll take that! I'm sure there will be weeks when this isn't the case, but all in all, it's worth it.
I'm past the morning coughing phase, waking up in the middle of the night with a coughing fit and burning chest isn't happening anymore. All is well right now!!!
Bonus, I haven't had to throw out any bloody clothes from killing anyone either!!! Yay me! lol
