a new day

i had my annual checkup the other day. my weight has indeed gone up since the checkup i had last year. i am taking steps to get back into shape, one day at a time. for now, i can mainly do walking, as my doctor wants me to ease up on other exercise for a while. once i get the okay from my doctor, i will increase my exercise times and kinds of exercises i do. all of the birds say hi! my daughter sends hugs! have a great day,everyone!

    Good for you for going to your annual check up, not exactly my favorite thing to do (but I know it's important). Only one day at a time is the way I'm living...actually one meal at a time too! Walking is a great thing, you will be well on your way in no time! Best wishes!
