Room For Improvement.

Three days ago I had a bad eating day. My daughter wanted seafood, so we went to a restaurant in Silverdale, WA and ate fried fish. I have also been very busy and have not been logging my meals which is very important in keeping me on track and accountable. I did lose two pounds this past week and ate healthy most of the time. I guess it takes time to get used to the new "routine" and get to a place I need to be. Overall, I am happy with my progress this past week, but I also see what I need to work on. I guess there is always room for improvement.

    Keep up the good work. It's not easy everyday loggging in and maybe one day out of the week you decide you want to eat junk food or greasy foods it's normal. It happens to me. That's what I like about this app. It motivates us all and help each other
