Tracking, workout, water--BAck at it!

That's the mentality that I will have for the rest of the summer. I am officially back on the wagon.
I will be tracking my calories all the while making good choices (ie, more green juice, veggies and protein meals, less pizza, bread and butter) I will however allow one cheat day! This will be either sat or sunday depending on my agenda.
I will be starting a workout regimen...But I'm still trying to organize that schedule. I'm probably going to do a workout off an app that I got called Appdominals lol
Water will replace everything else throughout the day except my morning coffee.
Weigh ins will be Wednesdays!
Baby steps people!
